Customised artwork will be made based on the details provided by the buyer. No major changes can be made once work has started.
- Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed on the website are final and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable.
We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
Payments must be made online through our secure payment partners.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment.
- Shipping & Delivery
Since products are handmade, processing time may vary depending on the artwork.
Estimated delivery timelines will be shown during checkout but may change due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural circumstances.
- Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Handmade artworks are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged during transit.
If the product you receive is damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
Custom artwork orders cannot be cancelled once the work has begun.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

All artwork, content, descriptions, designs, photos, and website material belong exclusively to ArtsynCraft.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use our work or website content without written permission.
- Artist Collaboration Policy
Artists submitting work for sale on our platform must guarantee that their artwork is original.
ArtsynCraft reserves the right to approve or reject any artwork.
Payment and profit-sharing for collaborations will follow the terms agreed upon with each artist.
