All products at ArtsynCraft are handmade, so processing time varies by artwork type.
Standard processing time: 3–7 working days.
Custom or detailed artwork may require 7–15 working days.
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- Shipping Time
Once your order is ready, it is shipped through our trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
Metro Cities: 7–8 working days
Non-Metro Cities: 10–12 working days
Remote / Rural Areas: 12–15 working days
Delivery timelines may vary based on courier availability, weather, festivals, or other unforeseen situations.
- Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping during special promotions or minimum order value.
- Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to get updated on the courier portal.
- Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at the time of ordering.
